Explosives recovered in Mizoram

Over 370 sticks of gelatin, 90 detonators and six coils of explosive fuse were recovered from a man, who was trying to transport them to militants in Manipur.

The man was arrested and his vehicle seized after recovery of the explosives on Saturday from Vaitin village in Mizoram, police said.

The accused was trying to transport the explosives to the militant outfit 'Hmar People's Convention (Democrats)' in Manipur.
