Explosives seized in Warangal district

Police recovered 200 gelatin sticks and detonators from two persons at Peechara village of Dharmasagar mandal of the district this morning.

Circle inspector Rajaiah said that policemen on patrolling duty saw Kura Sarangapani and Kallepu Ravi hiding in bushes on the outskirts of Peechara.

Questioning led to recovery of gelatin sticks and detonators which are used for mining/rock blasting. The duo were arrested for illegal possession of explosives.
