An FIR was today registered against eight persons, including four policemen, for allegedly beating a youth to death.
The FIR was registered against Shekhupura police outpost in-charge, three constables and four villagers for beating Devendra of Iklahri village on May 3.
Devendra died last night during treatment.
On complaint of the family members of the victim, the police registered the FIR.
