A fire broke out today in a seven-storey commercial building located at the busy C-scheme area in the city, but there was no casualty.
The fire, which started at the fifth floor, engulfed the sixth and seventh floors as well.
15 fire tenders were pressed into service and the blaze was controlled within two hours, chief fire officer Sanjay Sharma said.

He said that three offices, including that of SBI life insurance company, was gutted in the fire though no one injured, he said.
Police said that the matter was being probed.
