Fire breaks out in bank

A fire broke out at Naupada branch of

the Punjab National Bank here tonight, fire brigade sources said.

The fire started in the ATM room around 9 pm and soon spread elsewhere, sources said.

Four fire tenders were rushed to the spot and the blaze was soon brought under control.

Some documents kept in the bank were destroyed in the fire, but nobody was injured, they said.
