Five arrested for betting on IPL cricket match
Five men were arrested for allegedly running a betting racket during then IPL cricket match here.
Besides Rs 60,000 cash, betting records, 22 mobile phones, one TV and other equipment were recovered from a house in Brahmpuri area where the six were arrested late last night, DCP Mahendra Kumar said today.
The six were identified as Mahendra Saini, Rahul, Chandraprakash, Vinod and Ashok Kumar.
