Five booked for murder

Police have booked five

persons in connection with the murder of a 55-year-old man at Goela village.

Husain alias Haasu was stabbed to death in a mosque when he had gone for morning prayers yesterday, police said.

Iftikhar Hasan, the son of the deceased, had lodged a complaint against five persons, namely Shakir, Ashraf, Sadik, Asgar, and Khalid who have been booked in connection with the case, police said.

The accused are absconding, they said.
