Five injured as car falls in to river

An Air Force personnel and four others were seriously injured when the car they were travelling in fell into a river near Kabaraut village in Shamli district, police said today.

The incident took place yesterday whenAir Force personnel Rohit, his wife Niru, his brother Mohit, Ankit and a child were going to their native Bahawdi village from Shamli railway station in the car.

Following the incident, all the five injured were shifted to a hospital in Shamli.
