Five youth were killed while one critically injured when two motorcycles, they were riding on, collided head-on in the district, police said today.
The accident happened last night when the motorbikes, each having three occupants, collided head on under Bagar police station area, they said.
Three youth were on their way to Islampur town while the other three were returning from there to Bagar, Investigating Officer Vinjendra said.
The deceased were identified as Hoshiyar, Liyqkat, Devi Singh, Harphool and Deepak, all are in the age group of 20-30 years, he said, adding, critically injured Azmal has been admitted to SMS hospital in Jaipur.
