Four youths died, eight injured in Ayodhya

Four youths died while eight got injured after the tempo in which they were travelling collided with a heavy container under Raunahi Police station area here, police said today.

The victims, who belonged to Nawabganj area of neighbouring Gonda district, were returning after completing 14-Kosi Parikrama.

They met with the accident this afternoon.

The dead were identified as Shishu Pal (18), Manoj (22), Dipu (19) and Ram Milan (20).

The 14-kosi Parikrama, which started yesterday evening with lakhs of pilgrims undertaking a round of the periphery of the holy city to worship Lord Rama, ends today.
