The stunning model took the plunge in a revealing, animal-print long-sleeve dress, which she paired with tan, knee-high suede boots.
She also rocked gold eyeshadow and dark purple lipstick, reported Us magazine.
Hadid, whose birthday was on April 23, hit up the new club inside Wynn Las Vegas with fellow models Rachel Hilbert and Devon Windsor.
They enjoyed champagne and bottles of Belvedere vodka, which were personally inscribed for the birthday girl.
She later posted a pic of the bottles on Instagram, which she simply captioned, "21.
