Global peace award conferred on woman pastor

The "Academy Award for Nobel Peace" from the USA has been conferred on Dr Ketzia David Prakasam, a philanthropist, social worker and spiritual worker here.

Ketzia is the first Indian woman to receive this award, presented yesterday as part of International Womens Day celebrations here, a release said today.

The award was conferred on Ketzia by founder Chairman of the Academy Award for Global Peace, a release said.
