Gold biscuits seized from Bangla border

The BSF today seized 10 kg gold biscuits worth about Rs 30 lakh from a man along he Indo-Bangladesh border in North 24 Parganas district, police sources said.

However, the alleged smuggler could not be arrested from Bagda in Bongaon as he managed to escape leaving the gold biscuits behind.
