Train services were today disrupted for an hour on Kanpur-Farrukhabad line after coupling between two bogies of a goods train broke.
No one was reported hurt in the incident.
The coupling of the coaches of the goods train from Delhi broke this afternoon, SP Rural Surendra Tiwari said, adding that the driver immediately stopped the train.

A major mishap was averted as no train was behind the goods train.
Another engine was brought and the coaches which got detached were taken away, the SP said.
Due to the mishap, the movement of trains between Kanpur and Farrukhabad remained disrupted for an hour.
The nearby Kalyanpur Ki Bagiya railway crossing was closed by Railway authorities and commuters were passed from other paths, Inspector Kalyanpur Santosh Singh, who was at the spot, said.
