Governor congratulates India U-19 team for World Cup victory

West Bengal governor K N Tripathi today congratulated the Indian team for winning the U-19 cricket World Cup.

India beat Australia by eight wickets to win the U-19 World Cup in Mount Maunganui in New Zealand.

According to a statement issued by the Raj Bhawan, Tripathi beleives that the success of the young stars will inspire all young sportspersons to achieve the highest performance.
