Steady conditions witnessed at the wholesale gur (Jaggery) market in the national capital today with prices by and large, after moving in tight range on little doing, settled at their previous levels.
Muzaffarnagar and Muradnagar gur markets also ended on a flat note in thin trade.
Marketmen said scattered buying support amid adequate stocks position, mainly kept gur prices at overnight levels.
Following are today's rates (in Rs per quintal):
Gur chakku Rs 3,300-3,400, pedi Rs 3,300-3,400, dhayya Rs 3,500-3,600 and shakkar Rs 3,600-3,700.
Muzaffarnagar: Rasket Rs 2,700-2,750, chakku Rs 3,050-3,150, khurpa Rs 2,950-3,000 and Ladoo Rs 3,100-3,150.
Muradnagar: Pedi Rs 2,925-3,000 and dhayya Rs 3,000-3,050.
