A fit-again Herschelle Gibbs made his way back into the Mumbai squad in place of James Franklin. The visitors have also brought in Munaf Patel in place of Rudra Pratap Singh.
The home team were forced to replace an injured Brendon McCullum with Bangladeshi all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan. Kolkata also brought in Manvinder Bisla in place of Pradeep Sangwan.
