A guest teacher from Haryana who was depressed over losing his job committed suicide by consuming poison in outer Delhi's Narela area, police said today.
Sagar Sharma, from Tezpur village in Sonepat, was working as a guest teacher in Haryana but after losing his job he went into depression and came to Delhi yesterday, they said.
He checked into a Dharamshala but when there was no activity for long, the police broke open the door, a senior police officer said.
Sagar consumed poison and his body has been sent for autopsy, he said.
