Haryana launches consumer friendly portal

To facilitate transparent and time bound delivery of citizen services, Haryana government has launched a consumer friendly portal.

The website www.Jansahayak.Gov.In has been launched with an objective to provide prompt service delivery, an official spokesman said here today.

Thirty-six services will be covered initially under the project, he said, adding that the web portal would also act as an authority to receive complaints for non-delivery of services.
