Haryana lift Sr National Sambo C'ship title

Besides winning five gold, Haryana also earned two silver and three bronze in different weight categories in both men and women's sections here at the Indoor Complex of Maulana Azad Stadium.

Jammu & Kashmir, with two gold, six silver and three bronze finished second.

UP settled for the third position with two gold, three silver and three bronze, while Chandigarh won two gold and one bronze in the championship, which was organised by Jammu & Kashmir Sambo Association, under the aegis of Sambo Federation of India.

MLC Jugal Kishore Sharma was the chief guest, who gave away prizes to the winners, on the occasion.
