The Delhi High Court today issued a bailable warrant against a woman who failed to appear before it in a case filed by her ex-husband for withdrawing their minor daughter from school and keeping her at home for over a year.
A bench of Justice Manmohan issued the warrant against the woman who was asked in May this year to appear before it.
The court asked the SHO of Hauz Khas Police station here to ensure the woman appears before the court on September 16, the next date of hearing.

The court was hearing the petition filed by Dharmender Kapoor against his ex-wife for withdrawing their 12-year-old daughter from Green Field School here and for not sending her to any other school.
The man said he had admitted their child in DPS Sushant Lok, Gurgaon, but his ex-wife removed her from there after they got divorced.
The girl was later admitted to the Green Field School but his ex-wife withdrew her from there also, leading to their daughter sitting at home for over a year and not going to any school.
