Heavy rain today drenched parts of Rajasthan throwing normal life out of gear while a team of divers rescued four persons trapped in the basement of a factory in Udaipur.
Heavy to very heavy rainfall at isolated areas in Udaipur and in Jodhpur division affected normal life, where Sallopat in Banswara recorded maximum of 16 cm rain since yesterday.
Kushalgarh in Banswara recorded 15 cm rain while Sajjangarh in Udaipur got 11 cm rain till this morning since yesterday.

Four persons, who were trapped in the basement of a factory in Udaipur near Sisarma river, were rescued by a team of divers today.
Kota, Dabok and Chittorgarh got 22.8, 12.4 and 5 mm rains respectively till this evening, according to Meteorological department here.
The department has issued warning for heavy to very heavy rains at isolated places in eastern and heavy rainfall at isolated areas in western parts of the state during next 36 hours.
