Heidi Klum injures foot, visits hospital
"Project Runway" star Heidi Klum and her fellow judge fashion designer Zac Posen visited a hospital after they both injured their foot.
The 42-year-old supermodel took to Instagram and posted a photo of the duo making unhappy faces, sporting bandages on their feet after they stepped on a rusty nail, reported Entertainment Weekly.
"DON'T STEP ON A RUSTY NAIL... Well we both did," she captioned the photo.
Posen, 34, posted the same image and added, "Always better safe than sorry! #hospital #Tetanusshot #ProjectRunway."
"Project Runway", which is hosted by Klum, is a reality TV show which focuses on fashion design.
The show is currently in its season 14.
