Heroin seized from two places in Aizawl
The Mizoram police along with officials of excise and narcotics department seized 719 gram heroin from two different places in Aizawl, an official said today.
The seized contraband, worth around Rs 25.5 lakh was reportedly smuggled from Myanmar, the official said.
The joint team arrested four persons in this connection.
The four accused were booked under relevant sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.
