Rajasthan government today put the Medical Officer of Hindoli Community Health Centre on Awaiting Posting Order (APO) after he was found missing from duty during a surprise check by state Health Minister Rajendra Singh Rathod.
The health minister, who was on his way to Kota this morning, made a surprise visit to CHC, Hindoli in Bundi city where he found Medical Officer Jagveer Singh missing from duty, Joint Director (JD) Hamendra Vijay said.
The JD said he then received a telephonic order from the health minister to put Jagveer on APO.
On reports that three other personnel of the medical staff were also put on APO, Hamendra said he has been issued orders only in connection with Jagveer Singh.
