A three-star hotel, built on Public-People Parternship between Jharkhand Tourism Development Corporation and a hospitality company, was inaugurated here today.
Constructed over a stretch of 1.5 acres of government land with an investment of over Rs 6 crore, construction of the hotel 'The Kannelite', was completed five months ahead of schedule, its Director Mithilesh Jha said.
"We have a plan to introduce a tour package to take tourists to attractive spots such as Saranda forest, Dalma Forest, Dimna lake, Chandil dam, Palna dam, Narwa Pahar, Burudih dam, natural waterfalls, he said.
The 30-room hotel will provide 250 cuisines, Jha said, adding, interior designing and painting in the hotel were based on the rich art and culture of Jharkhand.
