Three injured in clash

Three persons, including a Trinamool Congress gram panchayat leader, were injured when supporters of the TMC and those of Congress clashed at Sadehar in this district today.

TMC up-pradhan of Sadehar gram panchayat Siraj Mondal and another TMC supporter Badar Mondal and Congress supporter Bablu Sk were injured in a clash in which firearmes were used, Additional SP k Kannan said.

The clash broke out when Siraj and others prevented Bablu from erecting a wall in a field in the village, he said.

All three were hospitalised. Two persons were arrested.
