I am dating my crush: Katy Perry on John Mayer

Pop star Katy Perry, who is in a relationship with musician John Mayer, says she is dating her crush.

The 28-year-old 'Roar' hitmaker has been in an on-off relationship with John Mayer since August 2012, reported Contactmusic.

"I actually am dating my crush. I had a crush on him for a long time and it so happens we fit together great," Perry said.

The singer was previously married to funnyman Russell Brand, whom she divorced in 2011.
