Illegal arms factory unearthed, four arrested

Four persons were arrested for allegedly running an illicit arms factory in Etawah district, police said today.

On a tip-off, police conducted a raid in Kothibahar village yesterday and arrested Sridhar, Uday Narain, Ramesh Chandra and Rajveer, they said.

Four country-made pistols, a number of cartridges and equipment used in preparing arms was recovered from their possession.
