India made only one change in the playing eleven for the dead rubber, replacing Bhuvneshvar Kumar with Shardul Thakur.
South Africa, on the other hand, made four changes, bringing back Chris Morris, Imran Tahir, Khaya Zondo and Farhaan Behardien.
