Ingersoll Rand, diversified industrial company, has appointed Madhusudan Rao as Chief Financial Officer and India Controller for the company effective immediately.
"Madhusudan is entrusted with the responsibility of Ingersoll Rand's financial strategy and functions. He will be responsible for all financial planning, which includes investor relations, treasury, external reporting, task, risk management secretarial functions across all Ingersoll Rand legal entities in India," the company said in a statement.
Madhusudan has also worked as CFO with Fidelity Business and was a CFO of GE India Technology Centre and other companies within GE.
