Inter-state criminal arrested after encounter
Dhanji Kunwar was arrested by a joint team of police and special operation group after an encounter in Nauranga Diara, Superintendent of Police Omkar Singh said, adding two of his accomplices managed to escape.
The SP said Kunwar faced 23 cases against him in Ballia and four cases in Odisha.
