Iranian warplane crashes during training, pilot killed
An Iranian fighter jet crashed today during a training exercise and the pilot was killed, the website of the elite Revolutionary Guards reported.
The Sukhoi Su-22, belonging to the Guards, came down in the southern province of Fars, Sepahnews said. The cause was not immediately clear.
