A 54-year-old Irish man allegedly committed suicide by jumping off the third floor of a hotel here on Wednesday, police said.
The incident took place in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh.
The deceased was identified as Brandon Liam, said Shalini Agnihotri, the Kullu Superintendent of Police.
The reason behind the suicide is not yet clear, she said, adding that the Embassy of Ireland has been informed about the incident.
