IUML worker stabbed to death by his neigbour

An Indian Union Muslim League

worker was stabbed to death by his neighbour, who also inflicted minor injuries on two others at nearby Thottilpalam, police said.

The man was identified as Ansar (30), they said, adding the reason for the murder was personal.

Ansar's neighbour stabbed the three of them on Monday night while they were in the IUML building here for conciliatory talks over a personal dispute, the Investigating Officer said..

All of them were rushed to the medical college hospital where Ansar succumbed to injuries.

The other two people have been hospitalised and were recovering, police said.
