A 35-year-old man moving suspiciously in the border belt of Jammu was arrested by the Army, an official said today.
Troops of Tiger division arrested Zakir Ahmed of Vellore in Tamil Nadu, who was moving suspiciously in Marh area of Jammu late last night, PRO (Defence), Lt Col Manish Mehta said.
The suspect was later handed over to the police for further questioning.
