J-K: Police foil bid to smuggle bovines; 19 cattle rescued

The Jammu and Kashmir Police foiled a bid to smuggle bovines in Kathua district Friday, police said.

A police team intercepted a truck on it's way to Kashmir from Jammu and recovered 19 bovines during search, he added.

The truck was seized by the police a case under relevant sections of law was registered, the officer said.
