Jaden Smith to star in a skateboarding movie

Actor Jaden Smith has signed for his another film alongside "Orange Is the New Black" star Elizabeth Rodriguez.

The movie, about the female skateboarding scene in New York City, will be directed by Crystal Moselle, who is making her narrative feature debut with the project, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The film also features Rachelle Vinberg, Dede Lovelace, Nina Moran, Ajani Russell, Kabrina Adams and Jules Lorenzo.

The yet-to-be-titled project will follow Camille, a lonely suburban teenager whose life changes dramatically when she befriends a group of girl skateboarders.

It has recently finished principal photography and shooting on location in New York.
