Press Trust of India Kanpur
Union Minister Sriprakash Jaiswal has written letters to Railway Minister Mallikarjun Kharge and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav to construct a rail-over-bridge in Dadanagar CTI area here.

In his letters, Jaiswal has requested for another two-lane ROB to be built parallel to the existing one at Dadanagar CTI railway crossing.

The MP from Kanpur has stated that Yadav had inaugurated a two-lane ROB at Dadanagar CTI railway crossing to solve the problem of traffic jams. The new bridge was constructed over a four-lane road, leading to more trouble for commuters.

He, in his letter, pointed out that the only solution was to construct another flyover on the side of the newly constructed two-lane flyover so railways should grant sanction for the construction.
