Union HRD minister Prakash Javadekar today had a video conferencing with students from rural areas of Rajasthan's Churu and gave answers to their question.
Majority of questions revolved around present education system and future of youth during the video conferencing through which the minister also inaugurated a carrier counselling project of an NGO.
Replying to a question on 'No retention policy', the minister said that he will be writing to all Chief ministers and hold a conference to elicit their views.

Based on their views, an appropriate decision will be taken.
Noting that there are a large number vacancies of teachers in schools across the country, the minister said the Centre will ask the state government to speed-up the recruitment process.
