Jawan injured in grenade blast

An Army jawan was today injured in a blast during the firing practice of grenades in Rajouri district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Havaldar S Thapa of Sunderbani Brigade, while undergoing training of firing practice of grenades, was injured when the grenade blast in Sunderbani belt, a defence spokesman said.

He was rushed to Army Hospital where his condition is stated to be stable, he said.
