Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) president Shibu Soren Wednesday said the party would fight the Lok Sabha election on issues like development, agriculture and education.
Soren, who has been re-nominated by the JMM to contest from the Dumka (ST) Lok Sabha seat, said the only capital of the people was land.
"We (people), are alive because of land. What will one do if one loses land? And the people can protect their land," Soren said when asked about JMMs agitation on "jal, jungle and jameen" (water, forest and land).
When asked about BJPs allegations that the JMM had violated Chhotanagpur Tenancy Act and Santhal Pargana Tenancy Acts, the sitting Dumka MP said, "If there is any evidence, show me.
