Sri Lankan High Commissioner Prasad Kariyawasam today handed over the 'Commission of Appointment' to Joemon Joseph as honorary Consul in Thiruvananthapuram.
The appointment will help in further cementing ties with Kerala, a Sri Lankan official said.
