Teen pop star Justin Bieber has purchased a bulldog puppy during the Christmas holidays in his homeland in Canada.
The 19-year-old 'Baby' hitmaer has had a controversial history concerning pets which included abandoning a monkey called Mally in Germany.
But this did not stop Bieber from buying a new pet over the holiday period, reported Contactmusic.
While Bieber was back in his home country of Canada he paid a visit to the local pet store, Ruffin's Pet Centre, in Stratford, Ontario.
The pop singer, along with his family, bought a white and brown American bulldog puppy that is only seven-week-old.
The 'Love Me' singer, who has just seen the release of his new 3D film 'Justin Bieber's Believe', is currently enjoying a break with his family.
