Karatekas leave for World Championships

A five-member Indian team today left to compete in the WKF Youth Cup and Karate World Championship to be held at Corfu, Greece from Monday.

The tournament will conclude on July 7.

The Team: Arko Chatterjee (Cadet Kata event), Pranay Sharma (Sub Junior Boys -50Kg Kumite event), Harshit Goyal (Cadet Boys +70 Kg Kumite event), Karl Vatcha (Sub Junior Boys Kata event), Rahul (Junior Boys +76 Kg Kumite event).

Coaches: Viraf Vatcha and Aniket Gupta.
