DMK President M Karunanidhi tonight wished Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa complete recovery.
"I wish Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Jayalalithaa completely recovers soon," he said in a tweet.
The condition of Jayalalithaa, who has been undergoing treatment at Apollo Hospitals here since September 22, deteriorated today as she suffered a cardiac arrest.
93-year-old Karunanidhi himself has been admitted to a private hospital here for treatment for a drug-induced allergy since December 1.

Puducherry Chief Minister V Narayanasamy wished
Jayalalithaa a speedy recovery.
In a Twitter post, he prayed for the "speedy recovery" of his Tamil Nadu counterpart.
"Prayers of millions of AIADMK supporters will make her recover soon," he added.

BJP state President Tamilisai Sounderrajan also wished speedy recovery of Jayalalithaa.
She expressed concern over the "setback" in the Chief Minister's health and prayed for her speedy recovery.
