Actress Katie Holmes has been recently spotted with a diamond ring on her finger.

The 37-year-old actress has also been spurring romance rumours with Jamie Foxx, 48, for more than two years, most recently this week.

Some onlookers have speculated that he may have something to do with her ring, reported E!Online.

"No, the two are not engaged," a source said.

Holmes was previously married to Tom Cruise.
