One militant of KCP identified as Oinam Somenchandra was arrested from Jaipur Khunou in Bishnupur district last night by Manipur police.
The 32-year-old, though associated with KCP which is engaged in Suspension of Operations with the Centre and the state government, was also found to have links with the National Revolutionary Front of Manipur (NRFM), the police officer said.
The militant was accused of hurling hand grenades and invvolved in extortion activities from general public, the police officer said.
