KEC sells telecom assets to ATC Tower for Rs 82 cr

Infrastructure company KEC International today said it has sold its telecom assets to ATC Telecom Tower Corporation for Rs 82.3 crore.

"...Has completed the sale of its telecom assets to ATC Telecom Tower Corporation Private Limited for a total consideration of Rs 82.3 crore," KEC said in a BSE filing.

The assets, consisting of 381 telecom sites, are in the states of Chhattisgarh, Meghalya and Mizoram, the filing stated.
