Ker Assembly to hold session from June 4

The Kerala Assembly will hold its 11th session from June 4.

A decision in this regard was taken at the cabinet meeting which decided to recommend to the state governor, P Sathasivam, to convene the House.

The cabinet, chaired by chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan, also decided to give a solatium of Rs 10 lakh each to the next of kin of five people who died while cleaning manholes in various parts of the state.
